We work with people managing depression who aspire to live their best lives, but feel frustrated by the limits of their current treatment plans. More than 80% of our patients report relief from depressive symptoms within days of starting treatment.
We partner with healthcare professionals seeking the most effective solutions for patients struggling with depression. Most providers do not have the equipment, experience, or space required to safely administer IV ketamine. Ember Health is here to fill in those gaps, and help you deliver results for your patients.

Depression starts with the loss of neurons from exposure to stress and trauma over time. IV ketamine promotes neural regrowth and restores connections in the brain that result in meaningful relief.

IV ketamine infusions surface insights that inspire shifts in perspective, and may help people see their lives anew.

Neuroplasticity in the brain following IV ketamine makes it easier to adopt and maintain healthful habits after treatment.

We follow the extensive research in this field to deliver the gold standard of care for our patients. This is why we only administer intravenous (IV) ketamine, provide medical monitoring during in-office care, and customize long term care plans to meet each patient’s needs.

Too often in healthcare, we treat the symptom without regard for the whole person. At Ember, we make every decision and design choice based on the safety, comfort, and convenience of our patients. Trust is paramount to us, and we do everything we can to build and protect it.

Ember Health is a complement to, not a replacement for, existing mental health care services. We see ketamine as one pillar in a larger care plan, and rely on continuous dialogue with each patient and their provider partners to define how ketamine plays a role in their wellness.
We consult with people who have been referred by their healthcare provider or reach out to us directly, to determine whether ketamine infusion therapy is the right next step in their care.
We begin with a 30-minute in-office orientation visit to meet the care team, see the space, and prepare for care. We then administer a foundational treatment of four, 90-minute infusion appointments over two weeks.
For the 85% of our patients who experience relief from their depression, we monitor outcomes closely to suggest when they should come back for booster infusions as depressive symptoms recur, generally around 6 weeks.
We work closely with each patient’s care team to establish a personalized, long term care plan to ensure wellness over time.
