At Ember Health, we have crafted a streamlined intake process that ensures treatment fit with a larger team, while minimizing obstacles to starting care.
Every patient begins with a free 30-minute consultation call with one of our physicians to determine whether Ember Health is an appropriate fit.
For patients who meet our criteria for care, we provide digital intake forms including a release of records and permissions to speak with their existing mental health team.
We close the loop with every listed provider before a patient begins care to establish a clear baseline and confirm treatment fit.
Patients book four infusions over a two week period to establish a foundation of care.
We reconnect with all providers on the care team to assess treatment success two weeks following the final foundational treatment.
